At Beaucalyptus Bodycare, we specialize in full body waxing for all genders and ages. Our team uses techniques that reduce discomfort while delivering smooth, lasting results. Policy
 
1. Appointments & Booking
 
All appointments must be booked in advance via our online booking system.
 
A valid phone number and email are required to confirm your booking.
 
To secure your spot, a deposit may be required.
 
2. Late Arrivals
 
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare for your service.
 
If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened, charged a late fee or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients.
 
No-shows or late arrivals that can’t be accommodated will be treated as cancellations.
 
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
 
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
 
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee or loss of deposit.
 
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
 
 
4. Hygiene & Safety
 
Please do not book waxing services if you're currently using Accutane, Retin-A, or undergoing certain skin treatment. Always consult with us first.
 
If you’re on your period and booked for a Bikini/Brazilian wax, please wear a clean tampon or menstrual cup.
 
 
5. Age Requirement
 
Clients must be 18 or older for intimate waxing services.
 
Minors (ages 12–17) may be booked for general waxing with parental consent. A parent/legal guardian must be present during the appointment.
 
 
6. Refunds
 
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. However, client satisfaction is very important to us—please reach out within 48 hours if you have any concerns.
 
 
7. Privacy & Respect
 
Your privacy is our priority.
 
All conversations, concerns, and personal matters shared within this space remain 100% confidential.
 
Beaucalyptus Bodycare is a judgment-free zone, and we are committed to creating a space where all clients feel safe, respected, and comfortable.
 
Any inappropriate behavior will result in the session ending immediately and permanent banning from future bookings.
 
8. Payment
 
A €1.00 transaction fee is applied to card payments.
